We will open our hearts in this half and half vinyasa and restorative practice. Half sweaty, yet slow, soulful vinyasa to beats that will absolutely bliss you out and half deep, restorative yin that will melt you into a puddle of bliss.

This class is a "Sound Off Experience" with headphones for an awesome immersive yoga and music experience. Sound Off Yoga is an innovative journey of flowing movement and sound. Immerse yourself in the beauty and motion of yoga with a pair of noise isolating wireless LED headphones which lets you hear the instructor at the perfect level while their curated set takes you on a musical journey into sound.
